Pastor Jonette Gay
Lead Pastor
Pastor Jonette grew up in Texas and was a member of a United Methodist Church in the Texas Conference. She graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with an Elementary Education degree. After teaching school for 3 years, she attended Asbury Theological Seminary graduating with a Master of Divinity. She began ministry in Texas and served churches in Northwest Texas and New Mexico. She became a chaplain in the Clinical Pastoral Education residency program at Albert Einstein Hospital in Philadelphia for a year of training. She served as a hospice and hospital chaplain for 2 years in Texas before returning to the local church ministry. Her ministry journey took her from Texas to Pennsylvania where she landed in Lancaster, PA. While there she earned her Doctor of Ministry degree from Lancaster Theological Seminary. She also completed the Kairos spiritual direction training with the Parish Resource Center.

Sabrina Daluisio
Digital Ministries Coordinator
Sabrina is a Certified Lay Minister. She is on staff as our Digital Ministries Coordinator and creates all our online content. She is instrumental in all of our digital ministries, but she also wears other hats, including being our Worship Team Leader, Lay Leader, Lay Member to EPA Annual Conference, and a singer in our Praise Team. She also serves our Eastern PA Conference in many capacities, using her photography, tech support, and leadership skills. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Penn State University and her Master of Science in Leadership from Cabrini University.

Adam & Cate Monaco
Music Ministries Coordinators
Adam and Cate Monaco are both Philadelphia singer-songwriters and gigging musicians whose backgrounds and passions are in music. They are new to our church community as the Lima’s Music Ministries Coordinators, and they are excited to be a part of it! Cate, having grown up attending a small United Methodist church feels very close to her roots here, and Adam also feels the kinship as her family has become his. Adam and Cate are going to be a team in spearheading the music program here, and their plan is to continue with traditions while building new things. They welcome new ideas and would like to hear from anyone who is interested in participating in music in any way. #DynamicDuo🎵
