Pastor Jonette Gay
Lead Pastor
Pastor Jonette grew up in Texas and was a member of a United Methodist Church in the Texas Conference. She graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with an Elementary Education degree. After teaching school for 3 years, she attended Asbury Theological Seminary graduating with a Master of Divinity. She began ministry in Texas and served churches in Northwest Texas and New Mexico. She became a chaplain in the Clinical Pastoral Education residency program at Albert Einstein Hospital in Philadelphia for a year of training. She served as a hospice and hospital chaplain for 2 years in Texas before returning to the local church ministry. Her ministry journey took her from Texas to Pennsylvania where she landed in Lancaster, PA. While there she earned her Doctor of Ministry degree from Lancaster Theological Seminary. She also completed the Kairos spiritual direction training with the Parish Resource Center.
Christina Ayoub
Administrative Assistant
Christina Ayoub wears more than one hat at Lima Church. She is the Administrative Assistant as well as the Director of the Bus Stop Before & After School Program. Her most favorite hat to wear is Mom to 3 awesome boys. Before having children, she earned a Bachelor Degree in Education, a Master’s Degree in Reading and taught elementary school for 10 years.
Nicholas M. Burbo
Director of Music Ministries
Nick graduated from the Wells School of Music at West Chester University majoring in Music Education. He shares all his musical talents (vocals and piano) with so many! He is not only the Lima Church’s Director of Music Ministries, but he is also the Music Director at SALT Performing Arts in Chester Springs, PA and The Upper Darby Summer Stage. We are so blessed by his talent, teaching, directing, and all-around positive energy!
John Lafferty
Financial Administrator
John has many years of experience in business and accounting and loves sharing what he knows. In addition to teaching finance and accounting part-time at Archbishop Carroll High School, he teaches small business skills to young people all over the world through three different non-profits. He is a Certified Lay Minister and is serving at Eddystone UMC. In his rare blocks of free time, John enjoys playing golf and chess, and pitching horseshoes. His wife Jennifer is our South District Lay Leader.
Sabrina Daluisio
Digital Ministries Coordinator / Co-Lay Leader
Sabrina is a Certified Lay Minister and creates all our online content. She is instrumental in all of our digital ministries, but she also wears other hats, including being one of our two Co-Lay Leaders, a singer in our Praise Band, and our CoNAM rep. She also serves our Eastern PA Conference in many capacities, using her photography, tech support, and leadership skills. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Penn State University and her Master of Science in Leadership from Cabrini University.
